Climate Model Data and Analysis Software Manager

Biography

I look after sets of climate model, observational and meteorological reanalysis data for the Polar climate variability research group, and maintain a suite of analysis and visualisation software for the group’s researchers.

I have well over two decades of experience in computer systems and software development, but originally came from a science background with a BSc in Physics. This role lets me combine my enthusiasm for science and the environment with my practical computing experience.
