Biography

Mariana works alongside other HR team members to support the Training Programme for AEP, Marine and Cambridge based staff ensuring that employees have access to suitable development opportunities.  She supports project work such as Career Development Panels and Merit Promotion allowing individuals to gain recognition for their skills.  Her varied role at BAS includes the processing of invoices and expenses claims.

In addition Mariana provides valuable administrative support to the staff forum.
