Biography

I joined the HR, Learning & Development Team at BAS in the rewarding role of HR Advisor in September 2023.

Working together with recruiting managers and training providers I am focussed on the development and delivery of the Antarctic Training Programme and provide general HR support for all staff across the organisation.

As well as focussing on statutory & mandatory training, I support several other areas within Learning & Development at BAS. These include Performance Review, Appraisal, Mentoring & Coaching and BAS Merit Promotion Scheme, which provide opportunities for our people and teams to develop their skills, knowledge, and behaviours whilst working towards achieving their own career development goals.
