Biography

Heather is our Communications Assistant, focusing on our public engagement programme, ensuring that people of all ages and backgrounds resonate with our ongoing science and innovation projects. She is involved in all aspects of communications activity including public events and exhibitions, speaking opportunities within schools, museums and other communities, as well as media relations. Heather also manages our STEM Ambassador Scheme – ensuring our BAS teams are taking our stories out in the community and enthusing young people in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths).

Heather joins us with combined experience in working with children of primary school age, as well as marketing within the technology sector.
