Biography

I joined the recruitment team in HR in 2011 after a few months as an assistant in the Antarctic Marine Engineering Team My main responsibilities are to process all Oracle changes. I work closely with SBS and managers to ensure that  the information in each personnel record is accurate and up-to-date. I provide and maintain a staffing and payroll modelling database and other staffing statistics as may be required by management.

As a member of the recruitment I am involved in the set-up of new starters as well as leavers. I support the HR team on induction, L&D and E&D.

In March 2017 I moved to the role of HR Officer (MI & Report), I deal with the changes that happen in SBS and work with the Payroll department at SBS.  Work with Finance on the Workforce Planning form.
